Refund Policy
We trust all our products will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. However, if you need to initiate a return, our team is here to assist you with grace and efficiency.
Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The products are unused, tags intact, remain unworn, and in their original packaging, including care cards and signature box.
- Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment. Kindly allow up to 45 days for the refund to reflect, post inspection and approval.
- To initiate a timely return, kindly contact our client services team via email or the customer care number. Make sure to clearly mention the order number and the reason for return. Once approved, our customer representative will get in touch with you.
Order Cancellations
Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a store credit may be issued at our discretion, redeemable on your next purchase.
